Aviation and Business Attorney

Ethan's practice is built around providing practical, business-focused legal counsel to clients throughout the aviation industry. He understands aviation decisions often involve significant financial investments, complex regulatory and tax considerations, and operational realities that require more than traditional legal advice. As an attorney, active commercial pilot, certified flight instructor, and aircraft owner, Ethan brings a combination of legal experience and firsthand aviation knowledge to every client engagement.

Prior to founding Elite Aviation Law, Ethan developed extensive experience advising businesses, organizations, and individuals on complex business, contractual, governance, and operational matters with a large, Michigan-based law firm. Ethan has regular experience advising aviation businesses of all sizes, while assisting executive leadership teams with strategic legal and business issues.

Outside of his legal practice, Ethan remains actively involved in aviation as a commercial pilot and instructor. He is passionate about supporting the aviation community and helping clients navigate the legal challenges that come with owning, operating, and growing within the industry.
